The Chat page allows you to send messages to Drivers' personal phones via SMS messages and view those messages sent to and received from Drivers.
You can send messages to one individual Driver, multiple Drivers, or all Drivers at once. Please note that if you send a message to more than one Driver, it will not create a group message. It will send an individual SMS message to each Driver in that group.
To initiate a new message to multiple Drivers, click Send Message to Multiple Contacts. Type in your message, then click the check box to select all DAs. Then scroll down if needed, to click the check box for I want to send text messages to # contacts. I understand that this won't be received as a group message. Then click Send Message. This text will arrive to the Drivers' personal phone numbers via SMS.
