Lead and customer pages include an Emails card. It shows the mail your team has filed from connected mailboxes, grouped into conversations instead of one flat list.
What the card shows
The card lists threads newest first. A collapsed thread shows:
the subject, with a number chip when the thread has more than one message;
the people on the other side of the conversation;
how many messages were received and sent;
when the latest message arrived.
The header above the list gives the same picture in one line, for example "12 messages in 5 threads · 9 received · 3 sent."
Mail comes from the mailboxes your team has connected. If the card is empty, connect a mailbox from the Integrations page; the card states it reads from the mailboxes connected there.
Opening and searching threads
Click a thread row to expand or collapse it. Expand all and Collapse all appear above the list when there is at least one thread.
Inside an expanded thread, each message shows a direction chip (Received or Sent), who the message was with, when it happened, and a short excerpt of up to two lines. Click a message to open it in full.
The Search subject, excerpt, names, addresses… box narrows the list as you type. A search matches any word in a subject, Gmail excerpt, name, or address. Each typed word must appear somewhere on the message. While a search is active, threads open automatically so the matching messages are visible.
Filtering by direction and mailbox
Under the search box:
Use the All, Received, and Sent toggles to show one direction of mail.
When mail has been filed from more than one teammate's connected mailbox, a mailbox row appears with an Everyone chip and one chip per mailbox. Select a mailbox to see only its mail.
The header count changes with the filters, for example "3 messages in 2 threads of 12."
The full message popup
Click any message to open a popup with the full filed record. At the top, arrows move to the previous or next message in the current list, with a label such as "3 of 12."
The popup shows:
From, To, and Cc as mailto links;
the direction chip and sent date and time;
a Mailbox line telling you whose mailbox the message was read from;
Gmail's excerpt, with a note that only the Gmail headers and excerpt are kept, never the body.
If the message was read from your own connected mailbox, a link labeled Open the thread in Gmail opens the conversation in Gmail. For messages from another teammate's mailbox, the popup explains that the thread opens in Gmail only for that owner, whose mailbox it was read from.
Long threads and long lists
The card shows the first several threads. Use Show N more of X threads at the bottom to load more.
