Who Receives the End-of-Day Report

How the End-of-Day report (Daily Digest) is delivered to managers, who is enrolled first, and the difference between Chat and SMS delivery.

The End-of-Day report, also called the Daily Digest, is sent to individual manager accounts. This article covers how the first recipient is chosen and where the report lands.

The account root starts as a recipient

When a VoiceERP company is created, the root admin account is enrolled as an End-of-Day report recipient automatically. The owner does not need to subscribe or turn anything on; the Daily Digest starts showing up once reports are generated.

Where the report is delivered

The default delivery method is via Chat, which can be viewed in the voiceERP website, or in the voiceERP at Home app. Companies who are still on the old text only version of chat can choose to receive the report as an SMS instead (root users for companies without the new voiceERP Chat enabled will receive SMS end of shift reports).

If another manager should receive it

Visit the Reports page -> Daily Digest -> Recipients to setup sending the end of shift report to more voiceERP admins.
