Viki verbally coaches Drivers on Netradyne infractions in real-time, within 30 seconds of receiving the infraction, if the Driver is logged into the voiceERP app. If the Driver is not logged into the voiceERP app, Viki sends them an SMS text about the infraction and asks them to call her back to discuss it.
The voiceERP team has setup your account so that Viki coaches the Netradyne infractions that you indicated you want turned on during your onboarding session.
Currently, account admins cannot edit which Netradyne alerts Viki coaches and does not coach. However, you can reach out to Liz at [email protected] to ask that certain Netradyne coaching alerts be turned on or off, and the voiceERP team will take care of it.
