The AI Agent Settings in the Scheduling section of the Settings page allows you to define your settings related to Viki's schedule confirmation calls.
If you choose to enable Viki to send out schedule confirmation calls, you can customize those rules here. Set the hours at which Viki is allowed to call drivers to confirm their shift for the next day / later that day. Viki will call drivers at the beginning of that range which is determined by the Time to Commence Scheduling Calls field and the end of the range which is determined by the Time to End Scheduling Calls field.
Choose your local timezone in the Timezone field.
Then, set the Number of Reminders and Time Between Reminders fields, which tells Viki how many times to remind drivers that don’t confirm their schedules, and how long she should wait between reminders. Then click Save.
