The Administrators section of the Settings page allows you to manage Admin access to your voiceERP account.
The Root user (usually the company owner) can adjust what each Admin has access to by clicking the pencil icon on the right of that Admin's row. You can check / uncheck each Admin’s access to Scorecards, Chat, Incentives, Payouts, Rostering, Settings, AI Agents, Incidents, Fleet, Drivers, Recruiting, Payroll, and Timesheets.
At the top right of the Administrators section of the Settings page, you can click the blue New Admins button to directly create a new Admin account.
