A VoiceERP contact may send you a personal sign-up link. The link opens one complete sign-up on the web. It takes you through account, plan, agreement, payment, champion, and training steps. The link stops working when the sign-up is complete.
About your link
The link is yours. It is already pre-filled with details your contact knew, such as your name and email. You can close the page and return later with the same link. It usually opens where you left off.
The link is valid for one complete sign-up. It is usually valid for seven days unless your contact set a different expiry.
If the page says the link can't be opened, ask your contact for a new one. If it says the sign-up is complete, you're done. Your welcome email has the way in.
Account
The first step is Account. Fill in your first name, last name, phone number, company name, business address, and email.
The email is the most important field. Your contract, receipt, and onboarding link go there. Double-check it before you continue.
Press Continue to plans.
Plan
On the Plan step, choose your rate, how many routes you typically run a day, whether you want AI damage detection, and your setup package — Standard or Premium. The page updates the amounts as you choose.
Press Continue to signature.
After you sign or pay, these choices become read-only. You can still go back and view them.
Sign
Review the agreement and the deal card. The agreement text comes from the plan and details you entered.
Tick the acknowledgment, then press Agree and continue.
Pay
Press Pay [amount] with Stripe. You're sent to Stripe's hosted checkout. Your card details never touch VoiceERP.
When Stripe sends you back, the page confirms the payment. If the payment did not go through, nothing was charged and you can try again. If Stripe is still processing, the page can check again before you pay twice.
Champion
After payment, choose a Viki Champion. This is the person in your company who will run Viki day to day.
You can choose yourself or assign someone else. You can also press Skip for now.
The champion gets their own login and an invite to Viki Bootcamp.
Training
Book a Viki Bootcamp slot, or press Skip for now. Skipping training does not cancel your sign-up; the booking link is in your welcome email.
Done
When payment is complete and training is either booked or skipped, the sign-up finishes. You'll see a receipt. The same link no longer opens.
Your welcome email arrives at the address you entered. It opens your onboarding center, where you add drivers, connect accounts, and finish setting up.
