When you set up Netradyne during onboarding, the hub shows an exact username to use for the voiceERP user in the Netradyne portal. Use the username shown. Do not make up a different one, because Netradyne usernames are global across DSPs and another company may already have the name you choose.
Where to find it
Open the onboarding hub and go to the data-provision step that includes Netradyne. The Netradyne username value appears once your first month is paid. Before then, the field reads "Assigned once your first month is paid."
Using the username
When the username is shown, follow these steps.
Press Copy on the "Use this exact username" callout. This copies the full username.
In the Netradyne portal, open the Users page and create a new user.
Enter the copied username exactly as shown.
Choose the Safety Coordinator I role. That role lets VoiceERP pull safety alerts and wire up daily coaching.
If the field still says "Assigned once your first month is paid," wait until payment has processed and return to the hub.
