These are the questions our support team hears most often, with short answers and a pointer to the full article when there's more to know.
I never got my temporary password email — how do I log in?
Check spam first, then have a teammate with Settings access confirm your email address on your row under Settings → Users — email can't be edited later, so a wrong one means deleting the account and re-adding you. If the temporary password expired, try signing in with it anyway: a fresh one is emailed automatically. See the Users, Roles, and Page Access article for the full walkthrough.
How do I reset my manager password?
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen: enter your email, we send you a reset code, and you use it to set a new password. Your login email is the one on your row under Settings → Users. If you're still stuck, message us here in support.
A driver can't sign in or isn't getting the text code — what should I check?
Drivers sign in with their US 10-digit phone number and a six-digit texted code — no password. The number they type must exactly match their record, so check Settings → Drivers first. The code lasts about a minute; a driver who deleted the text can tap Resend code. If codes never arrive, the driver may have replied STOP to a text — only they can undo that, by texting START back. See the Troubleshooting the Driver Mobile App article for the full walkthrough.
A driver changed their phone number — will they lose their chats?
No, as long as you update their existing record: edit the driver in Settings → Drivers with the pencil icon rather than creating a new record. Chats and channel membership follow the driver record, not the number, so everything stays, and the driver signs in with the new number. If the old phone is still signed in, force it out from Operations → Online Drivers. See the Drivers & Roster article for the full walkthrough.
How do I send a message to all my drivers at once?
Open Chat, press New conversation, and choose the SMS announcement tab — All drivers adds every active driver in one click, each gets a text whether or not they use the app, and a copy lands in their conversation. The recipient builder can also pull in just today's rostered drivers. For in-app announcements, post in the All Company channel. See the Channels, Direct Messages & Announcements article for the full walkthrough.
How do I set up a message that sends every day without it ending?
Use a recurring message rather than re-scheduling a one-off each time. Open the ⋯ (More chat tools) menu in Chat, choose Recurring messages, and press New recurring message — pick the wording, recipients, and days and times. On the schedule step, set "Ends" to "when you stop it," and the series keeps sending until you pause or stop it. See the Scheduled & Recurring Messages article for the full walkthrough.
Why aren't new drivers joining our channel automatically?
Check two things. In the channel's info pane, the Drivers audience must be set to "All active drivers — new drivers join automatically" — "Only selected drivers" never adds anyone on its own. And only drivers whose status is Active join: someone still in Onboarding isn't added until you activate them, at which point they join every all-drivers channel at once. See the Channels, Direct Messages & Announcements article for the full walkthrough.
How do I send drivers their scorecards?
Open Performance → Scorecards and click into the week once its scorecard has processed. Text All Drivers Their Scorecard, above the table, texts every eligible driver — active, verified, with a phone number — a link to their own numbers in the driver app, and lets you trim the list first. The message icon on a row sends one driver theirs. See the Scorecards article for the full walkthrough.
How can I check how many Netradyne events we had yesterday?
Open the Netradyne Coaching page and set the date picker to yesterday — the alerts panel shows that day's events and their status. For one driver, their profile's Netradyne tab counts Alerts, Warnings, and Driver Stars with a breakdown by type. The page reflects the categories you coach: anything set to Off in your coaching settings never enters VoiceERP. See the Netradyne Alerts and Coaching article for the full walkthrough.
Can we connect ADP or another payroll system?
Yes — ADP, Paycom, and Uzio all connect. Choose your provider under Settings → Payroll Integration, then message us here in support to set up the live connection with your payroll administrator's credentials. Once connected, timecards pull in on their own, approved time off flows into scheduling, and incentive payouts export as a payroll file. See the Payroll Integrations article for the full walkthrough.
Can I update shift preferences for many drivers at once?
There's no spreadsheet upload for preferences, but preference templates do the same job. In Scheduling → Configuration, build the weekly pattern once as a template, then apply it to as many drivers as you like in one pass — the dialog shows each driver's current template so you can see what will change. See the Scheduling Configuration article for the full walkthrough.
When does Viki remind a driver to sign into the app?
Login reminders cover the gap between a driver being assigned a work phone and actually signing in. With the Driver login reminders switch on (Settings → Other, under Driver App Settings), we text the work phone reminding them to log in, with a tap-to-log-in link where possible. Reminders stop once the driver signs in, and wind down on their own after about half a day. See the A Tour of the Settings Page article for the full walkthrough.
Can we add a custom vehicle inspection photo, like the cargo area?
Yes. Inspections start with the standard walk-around positions surrounding the vehicle, and we can add custom photo positions — a cargo area shot, tires, anything your operation needs — so message us here in support to set that up. Which inspection types you require each day is yours to change through the gear icon on the Inspections tab. See the Fleet: Vehicles, Reminders, and Inspections article for the full walkthrough.
