A Tour of the Settings Page

What lives in each part of Settings, plus a close look at the Other section — driver app settings, call forwarding, and customer support.

Settings sits near the bottom of the left sidebar in the manager app, and it's where the company-wide switches live — the ones that apply to everybody rather than to one driver or one day. The page is split in two: a list of sections down the left (a dropdown at the top instead, on a narrow screen or a phone), and whatever you've selected on the right.

Not everyone sees it. Access to Settings is one of the pages a root user can take away from an individual account, so if a manager tells you Settings isn't in their sidebar, that's the switch to check under Users.

The sections, and what each one is for

Seven entries make up the list, and most of them have their own article:

  • Drivers — your roster: every driver's status and details, CSV upload, and the switches that decide who gets scheduled and who can sign in.

  • Users — the Administrators list, described as "Manage access to your account": who can log in, which pages they're allowed to see, and the Dispatch Forward switch that matters for call forwarding below.

  • Shift Confirmations — the AI Agent Settings card: the confirmation call window, how many reminders Viki sends and how far apart, and your company's timezone.

  • NotificationsAI Notifications, where you choose which AI-powered alerts each user receives and how they're delivered.

  • IntegrationsNetradyne Account (the login that pulls your alerts in), Payroll Integration (the file you import into ADP or Paycom), and Netradyne Alert Coaching (the coaching severity for each alert type).

  • Billing — your subscription and billing information. This entry is hidden entirely when there's nothing to show, so don't be alarmed if you don't have it.

  • Other — the odds and ends covered in the rest of this article.

Two things people expect to find here live elsewhere: schedule generation rules are under Scheduling → Configuration, and incident templates and labels are behind Configure templates on the Incidents page.

Driver App Settings

The first card under Other is Driver App Settings — "Configure how your drivers interact with the app." Two switches, both company-wide.

Driver login reminders covers the gap between handing someone a work phone and that person actually signing in. As the switch explains, when a driver is assigned a work phone but hasn't signed into the driver app, we text the work phone reminding them to log in. Where we can, the message carries a tap-to-log-in link so there's nothing to type. Reminders stop as soon as the driver signs in, and they stop on their own after about half a day if they don't. Flipping the switch off cancels reminders that are already in flight — anything queued is dropped rather than sent. You'll get a confirmation either way: "Driver login reminders enabled."

Driver Multi week Views adds a week stepper to the driver's scorecard in the driver app, so drivers can look back at earlier weeks instead of only the current one. Leave it off if you'd rather everyone stay focused on the week in front of them.

Call Forwarding

The Call Forwarding card decides what happens when a driver's call needs a human — "Configure how incoming calls are forwarded to dispatchers."

Dialing Mode is a choice between One-by-one dialing and All-at-once dialing. One-by-one rings your dispatchers in turn, in a shuffled order, giving each about twenty seconds before moving on; all-at-once rings everyone together and connects whoever picks up first. As the note under the buttons puts it, "Dispatchers are rung until someone picks up, then falls back to the phone number below." Your choice saves the moment you pick it.

A dispatcher, for this purpose, is a user with Dispatch Forward turned on in the Users section who is also currently active in the manager mobile app. That second half is what people trip over: a manager with the switch on but the app closed on their phone won't be rung.

Underneath, Fallback Dispatch Phone Number is the landing spot when nobody answers — or when there are no eligible dispatchers at all. Type the number and press Save; the button stays greyed out until you've actually changed something. Worth keeping filled in, because with no dispatcher available and no fallback number, the caller simply hears that dispatch can't be reached.

Customer Support

The last card, Customer Support — "For when you need help or have questions" — is just our email address and phone number, in one place you can find without hunting.

It's also the answer to a question Settings doesn't have a field for. Your company name, DSP ID, and start date aren't editable here; if one of them needs correcting, that's a message to support. Your timezone, on the other hand, you do control — it's in the Shift Confirmations section, and it's worth double-checking, since setting it wrong means Viki calls your drivers at the wrong hour.
