Safety & Netradyne

How camera safety alerts reach VoiceERP, what decides which ones get coached, and how Viki handles the coaching call and disputes.

Netradyne is the in-vehicle camera system that flags risky driving — hard braking, following distance, distraction, seatbelt, speeding, and more. Connect your Netradyne account once and VoiceERP pulls new events in every couple of minutes, matches each one to a driver on your roster, and hands it to Viki to coach. The sync starts from the day you connect; it won't backfill last week.

You decide what's worth a phone call

Not every camera event deserves a conversation. Alert types are grouped into categories, and each category is set to Off, Minor, or Major — the minimum severity that triggers coaching. Anything set to Off never enters VoiceERP at all, which is your main lever when Viki is calling drivers about noise you don't care about. You can override a single alert type inside a category when you want, say, seatbelt coaching at a lower bar than the rest.

What happens to an alert

Netradyne reports its own driver name and ID, so each event has to be matched to your roster first. Most match on their own; the ones that don't turn red on the page and queue up as a task, and an unmatched driver is never contacted, so those are worth clearing the same day. A matched driver with no phone number stops coaching just as effectively.

Once an alert is matched to an active driver with a number, Viki opens a coaching callback: she reaches out through the driver app and texts them about the infraction with a link to the event video, then waits for the call. On it she names the alerts, gives a short tip for each, and keeps it non-judgmental. When it's done the alert reads as dealt with.

Viki never offers a driver the option of disputing an alert. If a driver raises one themselves, the alert is flagged for you to review. You can also dispute an alert yourself, which texts the driver that dispatch is handling it and stops the alert counting against their incentives.

Where to look

The Netradyne page is the daily view — recent calls on one side, the day's alerts on the other, with a switch to hide everything already dealt with. For one person, their driver profile has a Netradyne tab with their alerts, warnings, Driver Stars, and a full timeline. Repeat offenders show up on the Driver Performance page, where Netradyne counts rank alongside scorecard numbers.

The Netradyne article covers all of this properly: connecting the account, the full coaching settings, how driver matching works in detail, and every place the activity appears.
