An incentive is a reward program you run for your drivers: pick the numbers that matter, set a target, attach a reward, and choose who's in the running. VoiceERP scores it against real data — mostly your weekly Amazon scorecards — so nobody is hand-tallying anything at week's end. Incentives and everything they depend on sit under Performance in the sidebar.
The four types
Threshold pays out when the requirements are met — hit the number, get the reward. Streak pays out when they're met several weeks in a row. Leaderboard pays out to whoever finishes in the top few on a chosen metric, with optional tie breakers. Squad groups drivers and pays only when the whole squad qualifies.
Every program runs over whole Amazon weeks rather than arbitrary dates, and can be set to recur so the next period generates itself. Squad programs can also run on a single day instead of a week. Rewards come in four shapes: a flat dollar bonus, a rate per package delivered, guaranteed hours, or a custom reward you describe in plain English.
From running to paid
A program you create but don't activate is never scored — its card reads Inactive until you switch it on. While it's running it shows Processing. Once the end date passes, VoiceERP waits for the files it needs; if a week's scorecard or timecard hasn't arrived yet, the program sits at Missing documents and tells you which week it's waiting on. When everything is in, it scores the program, marks it Completed, and writes a payout for each reward earned.
Payouts are created unpaid and stay there until you mark them off, which is deliberate — the page is your record of what you owe and what you've settled. You can also mark a payout as ignored to disqualify someone after the fact, export the whole range as a CSV, or build a payroll file if you have the payroll integration.
Nobody is notified automatically. Drivers see their programs on the incentives tab of their scorecard, and there's a button to text them all a link when you want them looking.
Where the detail lives
Three Performance articles go deeper. The scorecards article covers how each week's Amazon scorecard gets into the app and what every column means, since a late scorecard holds up incentive scoring. The article on creating incentives walks the builder — requirements, metrics, rewards, week ranges, squads, and enrollment. And the payouts article covers reading the payouts table, how each amount is calculated, and getting the money to payroll.
