The Driver Profile Page

What you see when you open a single driver — the header stats, every tab from shifts to HR documents, and where their details are actually edited.

Open a single driver and you get their whole record in one place: who they are, how they've been performing, every Viki call and Netradyne alert, their shift history, and their HR file. It's a read-first page — somewhere to answer "what's going on with this person?" before a conversation, a review, or a decision.

Opening a driver

Driver Profiles sits under Human Resources in the left sidebar. The list page opens with a summary strip — Total drivers, Active, Inactive, Offboarded, and Active rate — followed by the roster itself.

Search matches on name, phone, transporter ID, payroll ID, or qualification, and the toggle row above the grid narrows to All, Active, Inactive, or Offboarded with a count on each. The grid shows each driver's name and phone, status, transporter ID, qualifications, and payroll ID. Click any row to open that driver. Ctrl-click (Cmd-click on a Mac) or middle-click opens them in a new tab, which helps when you're working through several people.

Status is worth reading carefully here. Active and Onboarding are self-explanatory, Offboarded means Cortex's offboarding sync has retired them, and a suspended driver reads as "Inactive (Suspended until Mar 14)" so you can see at a glance when they're expected back.

The header and the numbers

The banner across the top carries the driver's name, initials, and a tenure chip — days, months, or years since their record was created — plus whichever of phone number, transporter ID, and payroll ID are on file.

Below it sits a row of stat cards, all covering the last 30 days no matter how you've filtered the tabs. Depending on what your company has switched on you'll see Viki interactions and Viki completion (the share of finished agent actions that were actually resolved), Netradyne alerts and Netradyne callbacks, Schedule confirmed, Logs, Dispatch calls, and Timesheet issues. They're color-coded green, amber, then red, so you can read the driver's shape before opening anything.

The tabs

Most tabs carry a "Filter dates:" picker on the left, defaulting to the last 30 days, and a count on the right.

Viki Interactions lists every agent call and message for the driver — the task type, when it happened, how many interactions it took, its status, and whether it was blocked (a missing phone number is the usual culprit). Click a row to read the conversation. Incidents shows their incidents with status, labels, and whether the driver got voice coaching or text only. Shift & Fleet Usage, the tab you land on, has an attendance calendar and rate, a bar per vehicle they've driven, recent wave times, and a shift log. Logs collects daily ops entries where they were involved — call-outs, lateness, rescues — grouped by day, including whether they performed or received a rescue. Netradyne splits their camera events into Alerts, Warnings, and Driver Stars, with a breakdown chart and a timeline. Dispatch shows their inbound dispatch calls with summaries. Timesheets lists flagged timecard discrepancies with the minutes and money involved. Scorecard and Incentives both work in whole weeks — eight weeks back by default — and both export to CSV.

Which tabs appear depends on your company's features and your own page permissions, so two managers may see different sets.

HR Docs & Notes

This is the one tab where you change things. The documents panel holds the driver's HR file: upload one document at a time, or drag a batch onto the panel to upload them together. Every file gets a category, and you can download, rename, or delete it later. If your company has defined required document types, a "Required" strip at the top shows which are on file and which are missing. Beside it, the notes panel takes typed, timestamped notes, each stamped with your name and editable afterwards.

What you can't change here

The profile page doesn't edit the driver record. Names, phone number, language, payroll ID, and hourly rate live in Settings → Drivers, behind the pencil icon on each row ("Edit Driver"). Transporter ID is set when the driver is created and is read-only afterwards. Status is a dropdown in that same dialog — Active, Inactive, or Onboarding — and to mark an inactive driver as suspended with an expected return date, use "Manage status" on their row instead. Offboarded isn't something you set; it arrives from Cortex.

Qualifications and roles sync from Cortex as well and are read-only in VoiceERP. Scheduling preferences — preferred days, shift types, whether the driver is schedulable at all — live under Scheduling → Configuration on the Driver configuration tab.

One edit is worth understanding before you make it: changing a phone number does more than update the record. It re-points which phone can sign into the driver app as that driver, releases any Viki actions that were stuck waiting on a missing number, and keeps their chat thread attached. Status carries similar weight — an inactive driver drops out of schedule generation and leaves the chat channels (they can still open the driver app, so don't rely on status alone to cut off access).
