Viki Videos is VoiceERP's built-in video library: short how-to videos, organized by feature, that show you how to get the most out of the product — presented by Viki herself. It's the fastest way to learn a feature you haven't used yet, or to show a new manager around without a live training session.
Finding the page
Look for Viki Videos in the sidebar, near the Help link. (If your company has renamed its assistant, the menu item uses that name instead — but it's the same page.)
The page is enabled per company. If you don't see Viki Videos in your sidebar, ask support to enable it for your account.
How the page is organized
At the top is a banner showing how many videos are available and how many features they cover. Below that, the library is grouped into one section per feature — for example, a section for scheduling, a section for scorecards, and so on, depending on what's been published.
Each section leads with a featured video — the main walkthrough for that feature — followed by a row of tiles for the rest of that feature's videos. Click any tile and the video opens in a player right on the page; close it and you're back where you were.
Watching a video
Videos play in a pop-up player, so you never leave the page. When you're done, close the player and pick another — there's no ordering requirement, and nothing tracks "completion." Watch what's relevant to what you're doing today.
Videos can come to you
Viki, the in-app assistant, can link directly to a specific video when it's relevant to a question you asked. Clicking one of those links opens the Viki Videos page with that video already playing, so answers and walkthroughs stay connected.
The library grows over time
The video catalog is managed by the VoiceERP team and updates on its own — new videos appear as features ship or existing walkthroughs are refreshed, with no action needed on your side. If the page says there are no videos to show yet, check back soon; the series is published in batches.
When to use it
A few situations where the library earns its spot in the sidebar:
Training a new dispatcher or manager — point them at the sections for the features they'll use daily.
Turning on a feature you haven't used — watch the featured video for that section before diving in.
Answering "how do I…" questions — often faster to watch a two-minute video than to click around.
