When you create a new VoiceERP account, you land on the onboarding page before anything else. It's short by design — one step, then you're in the app.
Step 1: Book your free implementation call
The onboarding page offers a Free Implementation Call with the VoiceERP team, booked through an embedded scheduler right on the page. The goal is to make the most of your 60-day trial: the team walks you through setup, answers questions about your operation, and helps you get value quickly.
This step is optional. If you'd rather explore on your own first, click No thanks and you'll be taken straight to the dashboard. You can always reach out to support later to set up time with the team.
Once you schedule a call (or skip), onboarding is done and you land on your dashboard.
Step 2: Work through the Getting Started checklist
The real setup happens from the dashboard. Click How to send out scorecards at the top of the dashboard to open the Getting Started page, which tracks three steps and checks them off automatically as you complete them:
Upload a Scorecard — upload your weekly Amazon scorecard. VoiceERP processes it in the background and automatically adds your drivers into the system, so you don't have to type in your roster by hand.
Add Phone Numbers — add phone numbers for your drivers, either from the settings page or directly on a scorecard's page. Once at least one phone number is added, you can start texting drivers.
Text Drivers — send drivers their scorecard by text. Drivers can view the leaderboard, their individual performance, and incentives from the link they receive.
The same page also shows a live preview of what your drivers see on their phones, and lets you text yourself an example scorecard message so you know exactly what drivers will receive.
What to have ready
Two things make setup fast:
Your most recent Amazon scorecard file — this is what seeds your driver list.
Driver phone numbers — texting is how drivers receive scorecards, schedules, and messages from Viki, so numbers are the key that unlocks most of the product.
After setup
Once a scorecard is processed and phone numbers are in, the rest of VoiceERP opens up: scheduling, roster confirmations, incentives, chat, and Viki's automated calling and texting all work off the driver list you just created. Your dashboard becomes the daily starting point — see the Dashboard article for a tour of what each card shows.
If you get stuck at any point, the implementation call from step one is the fastest path — or reach out to support through the Help link in the sidebar.
