The dashboard is the first page you see when you log in to VoiceERP. It pulls the day's most important numbers onto one screen so you can spot problems before the day gets moving — think of it as your morning cockpit.
At the top is a welcome banner with today's date, and next to it a How to send out scorecards button that takes you to the Getting Started page. If your account has billing items that need attention (free trial status, an expired trial, or a failed payment), an alert appears here as well.
Agent Compliance
If AI calling is enabled for your company, the Agent Compliance card charts your AI agent's calling activity over the last 7 days — schedule confirmation calls, Netradyne coaching calls, incident calls, and quality calls together. Use it to confirm the agent is actually making its calls.
Today's / Tomorrow's Roster
If schedule confirmations are enabled, this card tracks how confirmation is going for the upcoming roster. Before 3 PM in your company's timezone it shows Today's Roster; after that it flips to Tomorrow's Roster. A colored bar breaks drivers into three buckets:
Confirmed — the driver confirmed they're coming in.
Did Not Confirm — the driver said they can't make it.
No Response — the driver hasn't answered yet.
Below the bar you'll see your overall confirmation rate and, when anyone is unaccounted for, a Follow-up Needed list naming each driver who declined or hasn't responded — that's your call list for the morning. The card refreshes automatically as answers come in.
Recent Netradyne Alerts
If your Netradyne integration is connected, this card summarizes safety alerts from the last 7 days by status: Dealt With, Waiting (waiting on a coaching call), Unhandled, Match Issue (the alert couldn't be tied to a driver), Disputed, and Expired. A Needs follow-up counter totals the alerts still requiring action, and a Recent Follow-up list shows each open alert with the driver's name, alert type, and time.
Tasks
The Tasks card counts outstanding cleanup items in four buckets: Open admin tasks (everything unresolved), Missing phone tasks (drivers without a phone number), Name match tasks (Netradyne alerts waiting on a driver match), and Dispatch follow-ups. Zeros across the board means your data is clean.
Manager Checks
Manager Checks runs simple health checks before the day starts: Drivers we can reach (active drivers with a phone number on file), Missing phone, Missing payroll ID (shown only when a payroll provider is set up), and incidents still pending a signature. When everything is clear the card reads Looking good; otherwise it says Needs review.
Inside this card, Drivers Online shows how many of your active drivers are currently online in the driver app, split into online and offline counts.
New to VoiceERP?
If you're just getting set up, click How to send out scorecards at the top of the dashboard. That page includes a Getting Started checklist that walks you through uploading your first scorecard, adding driver phone numbers, and texting your drivers.
